I was truly amazed when I opened today’s puzzle to find a lot of images. I thought that it had been broken for just a minute. After yesterday’s 1 rated game and today’s more difficult picture-based puzzle Connections will take the players on a ride this week.
I have complaints, but you need answers This is how I obtained these. There are complaints at the at the end.
The gear caught my eye, and instantly I thought tooth. Zipper was next followed by saw and the comb. Green down.
Purple followed, and it was just because I was speaking out loud about what I was thinking the picture was. The picture clicked after I mentioned bed and bank followed by speaking. I wasn’t certain if the triangle symbolized delta, but no other pictures seemed to match so I made a guess that worked.
I have 3/4 of yellow along with Tea and two Tees, but I’m unable to read sheet music, so the bar is meaningless for me.
Blue was working on the other pictures, but without the three Ts. The oaths are mild indeed.
So we concluded with yellow.
Here are my concerns One) two of my acquaintances noticed they could not find an alternative text on the puzzle. So those with poor vision were in a bind with this puzzle. It was a complete failure and an unforced mistake. Braille readers are able to “see” the words on regular puzzles, but they cannot see images.
Two) I don’t really like picture-based puzzles such as this. This isn’t my favourite I guess you could say. I like the subtlety of words to the guessing game of the part of the picture you’re looking at using puzzles made of pictures. Personally, I would like to see them never repeat the same mistake. If they do, then at least include alt text for people who might not be in a position to view the images in the same way.

A quick behind-the-scenes look to help you understand, but I generally start the process of putting this guide together by examining for the Connections Companion. Today’s edition is rated 1 which is a number I’m not sure I’ve seen before for Connections scores. It could be an 1.8 but certainly not a lower. It was a shock.
I’m not sure what made this puzzle a one compared to any other rating they’ve received however it was an incredibly simple solution.
I started with yellow as I was looking at Shangri-La along with Xanadu. Both are paradises. paradises and seventh heaven was swift captures.
I was studying Magic 8 Ball and Hairspray and thought they were to be shakes so I decided to make a snowglobe as well as salad dressing.
At this point, I was pondering the issue a bit and didn’t see the portmanteaux in that blue grouping. Jazzercise was the solution that led to Paralympics, Pokemon (Pocket Monsters for the uninitiated) along with Wikipedia.
We ended up with friends to Ket(chum), Pay(pal), pri(mate) and rose(bud).
Was it a 1? I’m not sure however it’s interesting to know the difference between an 1 as opposed to an a 3, 4 or.
